It creates a severe pain during menstrual cycle. The pain gradually increases and becomes worse and worse as the months go by. This affects the reproductive system. Many of the women do not find any type of symptoms of this disease. Then it can be found only by surgery. This disease does not follow any distinct pattern. There are many ways to reduce the pain. They can be physical exercises or mental exercises. Yoga helps in reducing the pain. This produces natural painkillers in the body. The breathing exercises can also reduce the pain. During exhalation the muscles tend to relax. Lengthening the time of exhalation helps in producing relaxation and reduces tension. During exercise the body produces chemicals in the brain. These help in reducing the pain. Ten minutes of moderate exercise allows the body to produce safe pain relievers.
